The collective exhibition Sharp: Czech Contemporary Photography brings together several outstanding works of personalities representing the younger, middle, older and oldest generations of artists. Its aim is to present photography as a flexible medium and as one of the principal means of contemporary art. The exhibition presents pronounced positions and shows the necessity of an original approach and attitude to photographic image. Thus the exhibition cruises from the Bresson's Decisive Moment to different perceptions of aesthetics of beauty and conceptual work to readymade and municipal photographs and post-conceptualist reflection of the medium itself.
